Picture	Segment	Description
	FRAME 1	Elmo has drawn a rainbow with crayons because he loves colors. He explains that you can eat your colors and points out some orange, green, and red peppers.
	Muppets	Ernie and Bert: Balanced Meal — Ernie tries balancing an apple on his head, but Bert shows him what a balanced meal really looks like.
	FRAME 2	Elmo has drawn a munchy, crunchy carrot on his palette.
	Muppets	Dr. Ruster hosts a game where Cookie Monster must eat a healthy food based on the color cards he shows. Cookie misunderstands the rules and when shown a red card, eats the red placement. When he grasps the concept of the game, he eats various color foods and declaring himself winner.
	FRAME 3	Elmo has drawn some more colorful foods including a bowl of fruit and strawberries. "Happy eating, everybody!"
