Episode 803: Bearly Alone Babies

While Nanny locks up in anticipation of a storm, Fozzie sets traps for a burglar.

Plot

During a stormy night, the Muppet Babies want to stay up and be around Nanny, who is watching the news. On the news, there is a report about an escaped burglar, known for sneaking into houses through the windows. Baby Fozzie runs off to find gear to prepare for the burglar, and while he's gone the news reporter tells viewers to shut their windows because of the rain. Nanny goes to close all of the windows, but the other Muppet Babies are afraid to be alone, so they come with Nanny.

By the time Fozzie comes back, he notices that everybody is gone, and hears the news reporter reminding viewers to close the window in the attics as well, which Fozzie decides to do. Meanwhile, Nanny realizes that Fozzie is not with them, and Baby Piggy and Baby Gonzo unintentionally volunteer to go find Fozzie. Later, the electricity goes off, and Nanny sends Baby Scooter and Baby Skeeter to go get a flashlight. Eventually, Nanny sends Baby Kermit and Baby Rowlf to go find everybody.

They all eventually find each other, and hear somebody knocking at the door. They suspect it is the burglar, and a set a trap. They capture the presumed thief as Nanny and Baby Animal show up, and their captive is revealed as Uncle Statler and Uncle Waldorf, who had come over to see if Nanny needed any help with the windows. Nanny then explains to the babies that the place the thief escaped from is far off in England, and that she was just closing the windows to keep the rain out.
