Ernie leads a series of testimonials from his friends about the things that make them happy.
He begins it himself by declaring he feels so happy when he takes a bubble bath with Rubber Duckie.
Rosita embraces Telly Monster and says it makes her happy to give him a great... big... hug. Telly struggles under her sturdy grip.
Count von Count counts the two things that make him happy: 1) counting and 2) counting backwards.
Telly plays four notes on his tuba; that makes him happy.
Cookie Monster produces a long box of cookies and pours them down his throat. What else makes him happy? Eating the cookie box.
The camera cuts back to Ernie who asks the question of Rubber Duckie. The toy squeaks its response, Ernie translates, "When I squeeze you? Well in that case..." and proceeds to relentlessly squeeze the duck.
