Etienne Delessert (b. 1941) is a Swiss artist best known for his collaborations with child psychologist Jean Piaget.
In 1973, Delessert created a series of ten animated inserts for Sesame Street Season 5, teaching affective skills, amongst other goals.[1] That same year, he illustrated the book Being Green, adapting the song with a more abstract creature as protagonist.
