F. N. Jones is a well-known author and illustrator, appearing in Episode 3613 of Sesame Street.
He appears at the Library to do a live reading of his famous book, Tickle the Elephant. He fields some questions from Roxie Marie and her young cohorts, revealing he was inspired to create the book by his pet elephant, Simba, who loves being tickled.
He observes Natasha's interaction with Simba, who begins tickling her. He becomes inspired to write a follow-up book, Tickle Natasha.
