Big Bird, Telly, Anna and the kids report a discovery to Lillian - they're all different colors. She sings about how everyone on the street, and the world, is different colors and how together, they could make up a fabulous rainbow of friends. The young ones are inspired to create a rainbow of their own, using drawings of themselves and their friends. The song is reprised by the cast and Muppets when the finished picture is shown to them.
