Face/Off

Face/Off is a 1997 movie about a cop who trades faces with a criminal in order to solve a case.

Miss Piggy appeared in a spoof of the film's poster in Muppet Movie Parodies 1999 Calendar, showing off a version of the puppet in the 1970s and another from the 1990s.

The film was spoofed again with a UK poster for the release of Muppets Most Wanted with Kermit and Constantine taking on the roles of the two leads.
