"Fat Cat" is a song performed on Sesame Street by Bip Bippadotta and three blank-faced Anything Muppets in sunglasses. In the song, Bip and the Anything Muppets say lists of rhyming words (such as "fat," "cat," "sat," and "hat"), and then the latter three line up and repeat each set of words. After the recitation of each list, Bip bursts in and interrupts with a sentence combining all of the words in a fast-paced scat, much to his companions' annoyance. In the end, Bip's colleagues tell him to "scat," making him run into the camera with his mouth wide open, thus ending the song.
