Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter (Five ants are more than four elephants) is a Swedish educational children's program that ran from 1973 to 1975 on Sveriges Television. Hosted by Magnus Härenstam, Brasse Brännström and Eva Remaeus, the series was not unlike Sesame Street, using a variety of media (cartoons, sketches, songs) to present educational topics.
A series of counting segments were produced for the series by animator Owe Gustafson. In 1980, many of these segments would begin airing on Sesame Street and would continue to be shown through Season 33. The Swedish voiceovers were removed and most were presented without counting narration, except for a few by Sonia Manzano. By the mid-80s, new voiceovers by Manzano and Roscoe Orman were added for the remaining cartoons.
One of the segments, "8 Bats," was released on the home video Elmo Says BOO! However, the segments were later removed from the episodes released on Old School: Volume 3.
