SCENE 1 Since everyone else on the street has a job, Telly decides to have one too. He's taken up the role of a "helper" to help people with their problems. His first client is Forgetful Jones, who can't remember where he was going to. Telly tries to help him figure this out, when he gets distracted by some loud music. Buster the Horse trots in and reminds Forgetful he's supposed to be participating in the Cowboy Parade today. Telly hopes the next client has an easier problem to solve.

SCENE 2 Telly lights up when Don Music pushes his piano into view, claiming to have a problem. He plays a few notes, which have a strange, rattling sound to them. As he sobs, Oscar comes by feeling just as sad, as his best pots and pans have gone missing. He recalls sticking them in a large black box, which just happens to be Don's piano. Oscar finds them inside, looking even worse than they did before. Don's piano sounds fine now and he drags it back home to write a song. Telly frets that he'll be out of a job soon if people keep solving problems without his help.

He sees he has value beyond a job and feels much better, and charges Maria one hug for the advice. Oscar announces the sponsors, and the credits follow.
