	SCENE 1	Maria encounters a new face in the neighborhood - Shelley the Turtle, who has a problem. He can't tell Maria what it is because he has another problem: he's shy. He sings a song about how shy he is, which helps him warm up to Maria. He confesses his other problem is that he's looking for a home in the neighborhood.

	SCENE 2	Shelley situates himself in Big Bird's nest. Maria comes in telling Big Bird about the turtle, whom they see inside. Shelley tries tweeting to pass himself off as a bird to fit in his new home, but Big Bird is quick to point out the differences between a turtle and a bird. Shelley admits the life of a bird isn't for him, and after hearing Oscar's name mentioned in conversation, Shelley thinks he might be the one to help him find a home.

	SCENE 3	Oscar hears talking coming from outside his can, but Shelley ducks into his shell before Oscar can meet him face-to-face. Eventually, the two meet and Shelley asks for help finding a home. Oscar thinks Shelley's shell makes just as fine a home as his trash can does as they both have the same attributes. Shelley rejoices that he's found a proper home on the street, though Oscar isn't happy to hear that Shelley wishes to stay next to his can.

Mr. Johnson complains that some of the letters are missing, and makes Grover run back and forth to the kitchen to bring the missing letters.
