Once Oscar explains their club's purpose, the others all split off to explore in different directions. Oscar makes the most of the situation by helping himself to the refreshments (anchovy cupcakes).

	SCENE 2	Big Bird becomes delighted when he sees the MAT*H booth has been situated on Sesame Street. He explains to Bob that the letters stand for "Mobile Addition-And-Subtraction-Television Helpline," a live TV show where the MATH Doctor answers queries about math. As the doctor arrives on set, Big Bird volunteers with an issue - he's asked his four Birdketeers to each bring a friend to today's meeting, but he doesn't know how many kids there will be in total. The doctor adds the kids together, totaling eight. The doctor then introduces another problem involving math, cupcakes and "a blue monster with googly eyes..."
	Muppets	Ernie has a stack of seven cupcakes that he wants to take a picture of, but Cookie Monster keeps stealing cupcakes (which he calls "cuppycakes"). (First: Episode 0136)
	SCENE 2 cont'd	The MATH doctor is now joined by a Muppet saleswoman who sells umbrellas. She wants to know if four people are standing at a bus stop and she sells two of them umbrellas, how many will get wet? David, Luis, Maria and Bob volunteer to act out the situation. Although the basic math problem suggests only two will get wet, the surprise rainstorm soaks them all, as the umbrellas they're given aren't functional. The saleswoman begins to sell them towels (from her new line of work) and the doctor signs off.

She instead wants to be known for being "Goldilocks and the Two Sounds of G." She shows Maria two easels with pictures of G-words and describes the different G sounds in each word. Bob offends her when he recalls her role in her previous story.

	Cartoon	A young man carrying a brown paper bag walks up to the bridgekeeper and asks him if he works there. He orders him to show him whatever circles are in the bag, and to eat them. He is ordered to eat three round foods: a cookie, a pepperoni pizza, and a slice of watermelon. Once he is granted permission to cross the bridge, however, he tells the bridgekeeper that he was merely trying to deliver the latter's groceries. (First: Episode 1582)
