Ira F. Grubman (1950-2004), also known as Ira Grubman Marks, was an actor who played the El Sleezo Cafe bartender in The Muppet Movie.
Grubman graduated from the University of Cincinnati and began his stage career in local productions, such as 10 Years in a Barroom. In Los Angeles, he landed small parts in film and TV, including an episode of The White Shadow and the movie Venice Beach. He taught and performed improv, and later shifted his focus to fundraising.
