Jenny Slate

Jenny Slate (b. 1982) is an American stand-up comedian, actress, voice actress and author who voices Miss Nanny in the 2018 Muppet Babies series. In April 2018, Slate taped a segment of "Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck"; filmed during production for Sesame Street Season 49, though released exclusively to YouTube. She appeared in press photos with Cookie Monster and Gonger. In 2023, Slate appeared in the direct-to-YouTube special Elmo's Mindfulness Spectacular.

Slate is also known for her role as Donna Stern in Obvious Child and Dawn Bellwether in Zootopia, as well as being the co-creator of the Marcel the Shell with Shoes On short films and children's book series. She was a cast member on Saturday Night Live for the 2009-10 season and has appeared in such shows as House of Lies, Parks and Recreation, and Bob's Burgers.
