"Try, Try Again" is a Sesame Street song from the education resource video, Food for Thought (also used as the Street story in a 2010 episode).
When Elmo isn't sure if he wants to try a kiwi fruit, the Super Foods sing the song to him (led by the cheese) that encourages him to try it, and if he doesn't like it the first time, to try it again until he does.
The song is a parody of "Call Me" by Blondie.
