Tilo Prückner (1940-2020), also credited as Thilo Prückner, was a German actor of stage and screen. In 1976, he starred as Paganini in the black comedy Bomber & Paganini. He later played the Night Hob in the fantasy film The Never Ending Story and was prominently featured in the international mini-series Traffik (aired on Masterpiece Theatre), as Berlin detective Dieter.
In 2004, he guest starred on Sesamstrasse Folge 2235 playing Möbius, the dream of the rose garden, discovered by Finchen.
Prückner was a regular on German television as hypochondriac Kommissar Schubert on the comedic crime series Adelheid und ihre Mörder (1993-1999). On the long-running crime series Tatort, he appeared often in the Hamburg-produced episodes. He guest starred as Kommissar Palu's informant Marcel in 1992, reprising the role three more times through 2000. He became a regular as Oberkommissar Halicek (2001-2008) before returning to guest roles.
