	SCENE 1	It's the last day at Camp Echo Rock, and everyone is preparing to go back home. Big Bird feels sad that he’s leaving, but he's happy that he’s going back home to Sesame Street. Mickey tells him it's okay to be both sad and happy, and that it's natural to have mixed feelings. Aunt Mae assembles everyone for the Cabin 10 picture, which doesn't turn out to be easy as several mishaps ruin each time it's taken. When they have enough film for only one more picture, Big Bird spoils a perfect shot when he comments that a cloud above them looks like a birthday cake.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird finds Rusty sitting by himself, and is worried that he'll miss out on the awards ceremony. Rusty says that he has no interest in awards, but since Big Bird really wants to go he agrees to join him.
	SCENE 2, cont'd	At the ceremony, Aunt Mae gives out the last of the awards, including one to Big Bird for "Best Swimmer." He proudly wears the medal around his neck ("Wow, this is better than an Emmy!") while Mae goes on to give the final medal: the Good Sport award. The recipient is someone who went along with the activities despite hesitancy, and Mae calls out the winner: Russel Edmund Windgate III... better known as Rusty! Everyone gives three cheers for the winners.

	Muppets	Ernie & Bert — Ernie comes from finishing his bath, and tells Bert that there's something that he forgot. Bert asks if he's washed behind his ears, his neck, and his elbows. 	SCENE 3	Aunt Mae delivers her final words to the Echo Rockers, who line up to give the Echo Rock handshake one last time. As he waits his turn, Big Bird sings "Goodbye, Country" over a montage of his experiences at camp before giving his handshake and a big hug to Aunt Mae.

They listen for it, and first hear a train toot four times, then a dog bark four times, and finally the cow. Bad Bart steps into the saloon, looks for the bartender, and reminds him that last week, he ordered sarsaparilla, but the bartender didn't have it, so he went to another town to get it, and kept him waiting. Bad Bart forgot to pay the bartender for it, so he gives the bartender what he deserves: some coins. (First: Episode 1940)

	SCENE 4	Back together again, Snuffy proudly tells Big Bird, "Bus!" Big Bird is confused, but remembers it's the answer to his guessing game before he left. Snuffy now poses a question for Big Bird: "What is it that's good for friends to do when they haven't seen each other for a long time?" The two share a big hug.
