"We're All Alone" is performed in episode 301 of The Muppet Show by Rita Coolidge, who had a hit with her cover of the song on the 1977 album Anytime...Anywhere.
The number is set in a forest and features appearances by several Woodland Animals, including a Deer, a Beaver, a Weasel, and repurposed versions of Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas characters Harrison Fox, James Badger, Nat Muskrat, and Will Possum. It also features the first onstage appearance of Billy the Bear.
