"Find-a-Husband Ball" is a song from the Sesame Street special, CinderElmo.
Royal Herald Grover sings the song, along with the population of Sesame Square, while handing out invitations to the "Princess' 18th-Birthday-Holiday-Find-a-Husband Ball." Cookie Monster also takes a verse as the Royal Baker, who plans to eat the deserts intended for the party.
Notes[]
- Count von Count was originally scripted to have a verse in the song, naming things to count at the ball, then beginning to count the fifty million pieces of confetti. Additional drafts called for Zoe and Elmo's Stepmother to be present in Sesame Square, reacting to the news and how it may affect CinderElmo, and a brief moment where the Amazing Mumford accidentally makes everyone disappear.[1]
