1969 Version
Summary
A group of Monsters, all veterans of Ed Sullivan sketches, led by Hippie Grump, play a game where they march in a line and then switch direction. Fuzzyface wants to be first and not last, but can't keep up with the ever switching directions. Beautiful Day Monster appears but is referred to as "Fred" by Fuzzyface.
A behind the scenes picture of the Muppeteers working on the sketch was used as the cover for the book Sesame Street and the Reform of Children's Television.
