Florence Henderson (1934-2016) was an actress best known for playing Carol Brady, the mother on The Brady Bunch.
Henderson appeared with the Muppets on The Mike Douglas Show in 1966, where she sang "My Funny Valentine" to Kermit the Frog. She later guest starred on The Muppet Show episode 107.
In 2011, Henderson was photographed with Elmo and Cookie Monster at the SiriusXM Studios.
Henderson began her career on Broadway, playing Laurey in the 1953 revival of Oklahoma! and originating the title role in the following year's Fanny (opposite Ezio Pinza). Apart from The Brady Bunch (and its spinoffs, sequels, and specials), Henderson was a frequent passenger on The Love Boat and also guest starred on Murder, She Wrote, Roseanne, 30 Rock, and Ally McBeal. She was a season ten contestant on Dancing with the Stars.
