Foley's Thanksgiving Day Parade was an annual event in Houston, Texas.
The cast of Sesame Street were the grand marshals for the 21st annual parade in 1970. The event included Loretta Long as Susan, Bob McGrath as Bob, Will Lee as Mr. Hooper, and Caroll Spinney as Big Bird. The float itself included "Oscar of the garbage can, the Cookie Monster and Mrs. Monster, Wanda the Witch, Ernie and Bert."[1]
