Food Network, Sesame Street promo
Food Network Challenge is a competitive cooking television series that debuted in 2005, and currently airs on the Food Network. Professional chefs compete in the area of their specialty, racing against the clocks for a chance to win $10,000. Many episodes are shot on location, at the Mall of America or Walt Disney World, for example.
Four cake designers visited Sesame Street on January 28, 2009 to prepare for a Muppet cake episode. The episode first aired July 26, 2009.
Lauren Kitchens interviewed Elmo, Roland Winbeckler interviewed Oscar the Grouch, Mike McCarey interviewed Big Bird, and Marianne Carroll interviewed Cookie Monster; McCarey was the winner.
