In the song "No Matter How You Count Them," I'm nearly positive I hear Caroll Spinney as one of the cheering voices, which would seem par for the course for a big group scene Season 2 segment. (YouTube)

Granted, the whole thing is a recording, and Caroll's voice isn't exactly associated with one Mariachi AM (maybe one at the end counting "one!" or "three!") but surely this is worthy of an audio voice or an honorable mention.
