I was wondering if this would be necessary to add to the Muppets from Space page. I recently discovered today when watching the trailer of said movie that Gonzo's line "The mothership is calling me home!" sounded very different from Dave Goelz's voice. It sounds more like Brian Henson, as I can hear a bit of Sal Minella. I'll provide the link to the trailer if anyone wants to listen. - I agree it's not Goelz (must've been busy with Bunsen in that shot). I always used to think it sounded like Bill Barretta, but listening again, I definitely hear more Brian than Bill. — Jesse (talk) 03:47, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- I think it sounds like Bill, but I don't really think we need to note it on the page. This was really a one-scene doubling performance, not a stand-in throughout a majority of the movie like Frank's characters. The fact that we're all not agreed on the same performer, too, indicates it's just going to be hotly debated and better left off. - Shane
