So there was some discussion on my wall in regards to some edits I put in with Caroll Spinney (possibly/likely) being in "Good Morning Starshine" and "Before and After." For the record, when putting Caroll in both pages, I didn't put him in for the sake of having him identified with a character in the respective songs; I made sure to listen to the voices over and over to get familiar with how they sounded, and then used certain skits/songs as other sources to compare and contrast of where I may have possibly heard the same type of voice. With how limited season 1 was with performers, it also helped down narrow possibilities.
Now, my honest opinion, when the Purple AM at the end of "Good Morning Starshine" says "Oh my!", it sounds a lot like Caroll to me, even if it may be brief. Also, I noticed in "Before and After," in each chorus there is a high, nasally voice which matches pretty closely to Caroll's nasal in his voice. Likewise during the dialogue at the beginning of the song, and I also noticed the Pumpkin AM has a nasally voice which sounds quite like Caroll to me (another thing to note is both puppets in that song appear to be puppetered by the same person, studying the movement carefully. I have some videos to show where I compare and contrast the voices I personally think sounds like Caroll that you can view here:

I am always open to hearing opposing thoughts though if there are other folks here who don't believe the characters sound like Caroll. I figured I would bring this up before determining if the characters I mentioned should go on his character page/have him noted on those respective songs. - It may be him, but I really don't see why they need to be included on the Caroll Spinney characters page; they're just voices in a chorus, not solos or individuals or anything. - Shane (talk) 20:29, September 20, 2020 (UTC)
