I didn't notice when the change happened in 2021, but Chicago is an article for the musical categorized under Category:Stage References. Except there are none. Two songs from it were performed on The Muppet Show, but we decided long ago (one such discussion is here, and other pages have been deleted before) that productions don't get pages just because a song was performed, unless the show is also parodied or at least name dropped or the performance context keeps the show's narrative. Nothing in either song's Muppet Show performance is actually tied to the source musical and both are already listed on Kander and Ebb, the songwriters for the show. The connections list is nice, but this really is not a reference page. Can anyone find any actual references to the musical Chicago to justify keeping the page? (Or of course, if any promotion of the show referenced Muppets somehow, which seems less likely). -- Andrew ![]()

- I can't think of any. I'd agree; it's not really fit for a reference page. We can always restore it if one comes up, so I'm fine with deleting it. - Shane

- I can't find anything either. I'll give it another day maybe should anyone else find a reference and then delete. If Sesame Workshop does a faux poster on social media a few months later (not impossible, but also not worth waiting for either), you're right, restoresville would be in order. -- Andrew
