While retooling and creating articles for the creature cast of The Country Bears, I noticed something about the film's credits: while the facial puppeteers were credited for their respective characters, the specific roles the suit actors portrayed were not mentioned at all, leading me to doubt the accuracy of some performers currently listed for certain characters.
While doing research, I found a demo reel and instagram post from Misty Rosas that refers to her role as Beary (https://www.instagram.com/p/CMc37Ybgt_5/), a past biography of Kay Bradshaw (taken from her wiki article, https://web.archive.org/web/20151106202039/http://speakingofstories.org/Actors/Kaefan%20Shaw.html) that mentions her role as Fred Bedderhead, and a blog post from Terri Hardin that makes references to John Alexander, Jody St. Michael, and Denise Cheshire as Big Al, Tennessee, and Trixie respectively (Trhttps://www.micechat.com/91086-country-bears-story/ https://www.micechat.com/90148-country-bears-story-part-2/).
This leaves Tom Fisher, Tony Sabin Prince, and Brian La Rosa as not being verifiably confirmed to have portrayed Henry, Zeb, and Ted. WigglyHistorian (talk) 23:43, 24 July 2024 (UTC)
- The article history shows all of that was contributed in 2007 by Julianne Buescher, and a bit before that Tony Sabin Prince added his playing Zeb Zoober. So it's all sourced. The formatting is a bit overboard though and not how we handle characters on any other movie page. and Since they all have pages now, I'd be in favor of adjusting to reflect the actual screen credits, and let the articles handle the specifics (which we've done with a lot of other production pages). -- Andrew
