Hello, I was looking at the sandbox pages that needed an extension, and I remembered Sandbox:Play with Me Sesame episodes and I thought of making guides for the abridged versions of episodes (which are in some international materials, such as the Latin dub of PWMS, 3, 2, 1, Let's Go and Sesamgade) and I wanted to comment here just to know your opinion. --ShadowBR37Z (talk) 16:30, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
- To preface the answer to your question, I'd like to find a way to move those episodes out of the sandbox, but I'm not sure how to do that given that we don't know what the real episode numbers are. Typically these are based on production or broadcast dates, but we don't have access to that information. The numbering being used in the sandbox comes from the Youku streaming service.
- As for building guides for abridged versions of episodes, I'm not sure that's something we need to cover. Perhaps if we ever get to the point of moving the full guides out of the sandbox, we can note the segments that were omitted from these abridged versions. But I feel that something more concrete has to happen with these episode guides before we start building variants. —Scott

- I think a huge problem is that the versions on that page are ones created specifically for international markets. Unlike the Noggin versions which utilize material not used in these episodes; it's disingenuous to say "This 'Ernie Says' bit was first used in Episode 122" when that's not really true. Season 3 is the only one produced for those markets, so they have a definite order, so maybe those could work outside the sandbox. - Shane (talk) 17:33, 11 February 2023 (UTC)

- I agree. It's one of those sandboxes which has useful parked info, but we can't actually make it an article without some clarity and reliable sources. But if we can confirm the third season order and that the content matches, I'd also agree with starting there in terms of episode guiding. -- Andrew
