:They're different dubs (thus the different cast lists; the Os folks are actually in Portugal). It's like how there's often the Spanish dubs produced in Mexico and the Castilian ones in Spain. They've drifted enough, especially when it comes to translation or dialects, that they very seldom share the same dubs especially for anything from the 80s onward. In this case, even the terms for dubbing differ ("dobragens" in Portugal, "dublagem" in Brazil.) It's just that the one video extract poofed long ago (it doesn't circulate online the way the Brazilian one does). -- Andrew 20:27, 14 February 2021 (UTC)

::Right, sorry, I meant to ask if they were the same translations. Obviously they're different dubs if the casts are different. But you answered my question in that the translations must also be different to account for different dialects. Also, just for the record, here's my tweet inquiring about the dubs on Disney+ which, at present, only have an English audio track. —Scott https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/muppet/images/8/89/Adminsig.png/revision/latest?cb=20200820192427 (talk) 20:50, 14 February 2021 (UTC)

Is there any way of knowing if Os Dinossauros and Família Dinossauros are the same Portugese dubs, just labelled differently in Portugal and Brazil? —Scott latest?cb=20200820192427 (talk) 18:15, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
