I noticed on the Season 52 page that didn’t include Mr. Snuffleupagus and his page didn’t say he was removed from the show, even though he appears rarely in new material. Did they retire him or he’s still on the show? Allan Bao (talk) 15:19, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- From what I understand, Sesame Street season 52 focused more on Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, and other post-1990 characters, and characters like Big Bird, Oscar The Grouch, Count Von Count, Ernie, Bert, and Grover only made punctual appearances and characters like Snuffy (As you said) were forgotten, and I hope the next season will focus on more characters like Elmo, Cookie and Abby, especially the older ones. But I can't say if Snuffy left, hasn't left, or will come back. GCNPlayer012 (talk) 17:12, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- Actually, Cookie Monster debuted in 1969. Also, they are bringing Ji-Young into the show the next season. Of course Telly did make an appearance in the closing tag of Episode 5234. And, it seems to me like Snuffy still is on the show. Allan Bao (talk) 17:23, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
