Participation in the Muppet Wiki Forums requires a full understanding of the Rules and Etiquette.
Just got the album on CD yesterday. Included in the liner notes is not only a two page spread regarding adding Rainbow Connection, but also an image showing the master tapes of the recordings used on the album but with a Kermit plush sandwiched in-between.
