I've noticed that some editors have been removing my photos from Muppet Show pages on the grounds that they're duplicates - they're not. If you look at these so-called "duplicates" side-by-side you'll note that there are some subtle and some not-so subtle differences. The two photos of Melissa Manchester with Floyd is a good example of the former; if you look at the photo that was removed and compare it with the other you'll notice that Melissa has Floyd's hair on her chin. The two photos of Victor Borge are an example of the latter; look at Miss Piggy and the Baby in the photo that was removed and compare it with the other - they're mouths are wide open in the removed photo. Guys, can you please double-check before removing photos. I wouldn't upload them if I thought they were duplicates. (Right, grouchiness over.) -- User:David French 05:52, 18 November 2022
- Hi David. I restored this removal on Victor Borge back in July. I don't see any removals in the Melissa Manchester history since your last edit. If you can point me in the right direction, I'll restore the lost image. —Scott

- Hi David — I'm the one who took out those photos. My intention was to make the really good-quality pictures stand out, without lower-quality near-duplicates in the same gallery. Scott asked me to stop, reminding me that I should talk to you first before "cleaning up" like that. I realized that he was exactly right, and I am embarrassed that I'd done something so thoughtless and disrespectful to a great contributor. I thought I'd reverted the changes, but it sounds like I didn't revert all of them. I'm really sorry about that. —Danny
