I was re-reading the article about the famous Cracks cartoon and the ongoing mystery about the people who made it. That made me think about how many more Sesame Street cartoons that are much more notable than Cracks have little to no information about them, such as Daddy Dear (only music and lyrics are credited). In general, the coverage on the wiki of Sesame Street animated segments seems pretty spotty to me (technically, animated segments have nothing to do with Muppets, so I guess they're not a priority): some have their own individual page, some are compiled together on one page as a "series", and most have no page at all and only exist in episodes guides. What's the wiki's policy on this exactly? Does someone here have the means and resources to recover some further information regarding the artists behind Sesame Street cartoons? - We don't really have a policy on it - if we know enough about a filmmaker we'll do a bio and page for them. Currently we have enough info from the archives that encompass anything that aired during season 22. (And according to that, the animation was done by Imagination, Inc.) -- Tony (talk) 21:01, 5 December 2024 (UTC)
