Tootsietoy 1991 copyright

While I was researching stuff to expand Category:Tootsietoy, I noticed that the name "Tootsie Toy" is never actually spelled that way in any official capacity. The copyright on the official website (via Wayback) is TootsieToy, however, it's also been spelled Tootsietoy on its products, as seen on this 1991 Tootsietoy toy fair catalog.

I tried finding images of what it says on the Sesame Street toys they made, but all of what I could find have Strombecker copyright (its parent company at the time). I didn't want to move anything before there was a consensus on what appears to be a contentious topic, and I didn't want to make any more pages before it was settled.

Personally, I'm siding with "Tootsietoy" as it appears to be the name the company went with around the time those Sesame Street toys were made. - Maddox (talk) 09:27, 1 February 2023 (UTC)

Yeah, I think the catalog is probably the most definitive source; let's go with Tootsietoy. Good catch! —Danny latest?cb=20200820192427 (talk) 18:08, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
