I've re-watched the Vincent Price episode of the Muppet show, and again, I got stumped. I know I started something about this previously, but now I think I've identified the monster. During the talk spot, when Vincent reveals the fangs, it cuts to the audience. We see the usual suspects of monsters. But in the WAY back, we see one that's yet to be identified. It's not Miss Kitty, they're seated with Boppity behind the Beautiful Day Monster. It's not Flower Eater, we can see them. I once thought it was the Alarm Frackle. But as I went through Crazy Harry's filmography and in Kagayake! Gorō Mapetto Geba Geba 90-pun!, I found this I think we have our suspect. Wider mouth then Miss Kitty, not blue like Thudge or gray like Alarm Frackle. The teeth are a dead match. I know the creature doesn't have a name, but after years, I finally got closure. - I agree they look similar. Unfortunately, the back of the theatre is very dark in episode 119 and the photo from Kagayake isn't great. A good lead for now, but something to put on the back burner until some better materials show up for either. —Scott

- It looks to me like they modified the original Cookie Monster puppet. There's a photo from the early '70s that shows they reinstated the teeth after Cookie became a regular on Sesame Street (as evidenced by the "boggle eyes" still being placed on him). Another photo shows that they were still there by the late '70s. -- Tony

- Now if we can only get information of the screaming thing with moving eyebrows in the Julie Andrews cold opening and the saxophone playing monster in Green Door. Lamango (talk) 01:03, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
- I'd also add the deleted Sex and Violence dentist patient and "Orange Monster" (as credited on the episode 307 page) in the "Once a Year Day" number to the unknown monster to-do list. - ZeeAndTheVisions (talk) 02:44, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
