So, given there's an article on the Hebrew dub of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss on this wiki (Dr. Seuss (Israel))... I was wondering if it would be possible for us to create articles for the Latin Spanish and German dubs of the show. For one thing, I, myself, own a German DVD of The Cat's Fun House. -Jonathan (talk) 22:00, 4 February 2022 (UTC)

Hey, Jonathan. Sure! As outlined in Muppet Wiki:Policies and Guidelines, if you have a first-hand source, you can cite as such on the wiki. A German dub of Wubbulous would go in Category:International Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss alongside the Hebrew version you mentioned. โ€”Scott latest?cb=20200820192427 (talk) 12:11, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
Thanks a lot! I knew this would be acceptable. -Jonathan (talk) 12:15, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
Yeah, if a specific dub doesn't have a page, it generally means we either don't have enough info for one yet, anything is from less reliable sources (forums, memories, even other wikis sometimes have to be taken with a grain of salt or verified with other sources), or sometimes, someone just hasn't got around to it (especially as in some cases someone who's fluent in the language is needed, while in others, a layman can transcribe from album or screen credits). The newer dubs have been easier since many DVDs, Netflix, and Disney+ include on-screen dubbing credits, while others may require more research or be subject to online guesswork. If you have the DVD, as you do, and can supply an image, episode titles, etc., then that's fine even if voices can't be identified yet or immediately (the Hebrew dub has a page because a native speaker friend sent me the DVD *and* translated the screen credits for me). Good work and thanks! -- Andrew Emoji-droolAdminsig 00:51, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
My German DVD of The Cat's Fun House doesn't have the visuals translated. They're left in English. By the way, out of curiosity... do you know what episodes are on that Hebrew Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss DVD someone sent you? - Jonathan (talk) 01:04, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
That was over a decade and multiple moves ago. I know I still have the DVD but it may be in storage, so I can't readily check. -- Andrew Emoji-droolAdminsig 01:09, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
Oh. I see. -Jonathan (talk) 01:12, 6 February 2022 (UTC)

Jonathan, Die wunderbare Welt des Dr. Seuss looks good. It could use a list of dub artists if those are provided on the DVD. โ€”Scott latest?cb=20200820192427 (talk) 01:30, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
