Francisco Imyellin is rendered in statue form in the center of Grouchland USA, as seen in The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. While merely presented as just a background structure in the film, an early script draft provides his name and context for being immortalized in statue form. According to Oscar the Grouch, Imyellin was a Grouch explorer who was the founding father of Grouchland. The explorer's toupee is one of the many Grouchland items seized by Huxley in his Huxocopter's suction device (a gag also cut from the final film).
The statue is given a brief moment to shine at the conclusion of the Sing and Play home video. Just before the end credits, the camera pulls back from the statue, which inexplicably springs to life momentarily, giving a wink and grin to the viewing audience before returning to its permanent pose.
