Francois hails from a nameless country clearly modeled after France. The new guest is rude, squawks continually, and insists that the Sinclairs entertain him continually. Baby Sinclair found Francois annoying, and ate him. His parents are Henri Poupon and Simone Poupon. To compensate for Francois' death, Earl is compelled to give the Poupons his television set.
