Frank is the brother of the Noodle Family poodles Schmoodle and Floodle. He appeared with his brother and sister in the Elmo's World segment "Siblings."
Frank is played by a dog named Sammy who, like his canine co-stars, is represented by William Berloni Theatrical Animals.[1] His acting career has included playing Porthos on the national tour of Finding Neverland with his adoptive brother Bailey, who plays Floodle.[2]
