Frank Meschkuleit is a Canadian puppeteer who has worked on various Muppet and Henson productions, most notably as the body performer of Junior Gorg for the final season of Fraggle Rock. His Muppet career was launched when he was working as a bike mechanic and a teacher encouraged him to audition when Jim Henson put out an open casting call for a project:
Outside of the Muppets, Meschkuleit has puppeteered on such series as Iris the Happy Professor, Noddy, and Don't Eat the Neighbors and on such films as Bride of Chucky, Scary Movie 3, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle (operating a raccoon), and Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. He also performs his own one-man show, Frank's Left Hand, playing such diverse characters as failed actor Pinky (a pinky finger) and Tampy, a mouse made from a tampon on a stick.
Perhaps his most recognizable role amongst Canadians is the voice of Toopy on the animated series Toopy and Binoo and various spin-offs, including the puppet series Vroom Vroom Zoom (performing as well as puppet building).
