"Frosty the Snowman" is a perennial Christmas song about a snowman who, with the addition of a hat, springs to life to frolic with children, go thumpety-thump-thump, and defy traffic laws. It was adapted as a popular Rankin/Bass animated special (narrated by Jimmy Durante), and in countless variations since.
The song was featured on the album Sesame Street Christmas Sing-Along performed by Gordon with the cast.
