Gaashah is a chieftain who appears in the Farscape episode "A Prefect Murder." Gaashah is next in line to become prefect, and would oversee 200 clans. He is the father of Zerbat.
After she's caught having relations with a clanswoman's son, Gaashah kicks Chiana out of his clan. He notes the threat she and the Moya crew poses to their recently established peace. Despite his qualms, Gaashah is more amiable towards the Moya crew than the other clanspeople are.
Unbeknownst to Gaashah, the current prefect, Falaak, plans to assassinate the chieftains so he can remain in power. Aeryn Sun, under control of the sgabba flies, kills Gaashah, along with sixteen other people. Zerbat subsequently becomes next in line to the prefecture.
