A Gary Schenck cover
Gary Schenck is an artist who worked for Sesame Street Magazine as assistant art director (1974-1975) and then art director (1975 until the Jan/Feb issue of 1976). He also contributed art and covers to the magazine between 1974 and 1978. His work also appeared in The Sesame Street Library Volume 13.
Schenck and his then-wife Mary Schenck ran Schenck Design, supplying art for advertising or educational and industrial clients. He also illustrated math books and similar curriculum materials.
