Geri Cole is a writer for Sesame Street, first credited for season 46. She has also written special material for the series, including the 2016 special Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas, a parody of Birdman for Mashable (co-written by Joe Hennes) and The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo. She previously served as a production assistant from seasons 41 through 45.
Cole has also served as a Muppet performer, puppeteering Segi at the 2015 Sesame Workshop Benefit Gala (lip-syncing live to Naturi Naughton's vocals). She is credited as a lyricist in season 50 of Sesame Street.
