GinaApt-3821

Gina relaxing in her apartment, moments before chaos, in Episode 3821.

Gina's apartment is the place of residence for Gina on Sesame Street, which has varied in design and location over the years.

When Gina was first introduced in Episode 2253, she was one of Gordon's high school students and not a resident of the street, which created issues for her in the episode in trying to get to the rooftop of 123 Sesame Street. The following season re-established her as a member of the Sesame Street community, working at Hooper's Store. As such, she was relocated to an undisclosed location on the street. Her bedroom in her family's apartment was first shown in Episode 2595, and later seen in Episode 2945 and 2967.

Eventually, as the character aged up, she began to be depicted in her own apartment. It was not until Episode 3388 that she is shown to reside at 456 Sesame Street after Jesse drops her off following a date. The interior of this new apartment was shown onscreen in Episode 3508 and 3509 when Baby Bear spends the night.

Gina's apartment was redesigned once again in Season 30 with a consistent set that would be retained for the seasons to follow (with a notable armoire prominently placed in the middle of the living room). As a result of the dropping of the Around the Corner area, her apartment lost its established exterior location at 456. However, in Episodes 3821 and 3857, characters are seen going to her apartment in that same direction, suggesting she still lived on that end of the street.

In Season 37, when she adopted baby Marco, she is instead depicted (with the same apartment set) as living in the apartments above Hooper's Store and the Fix-It Shop.
