"Go with the Flow" is Marjory the Trash Heap's sung birthday wisdom to Boober in the Fraggle Rock episode "Marooned." She is accompanied by Philo and Gunge (as well as Mokey and Red) as they advise Boober to stop worrying so much and "focus on the positive."
The song is later resung in the animated episode "Lucky Fargy" by Marjory the Trash Heap and Philo and Gunge.
In Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, the song is performed by the Fraggles and the Troubadours in "Flight of the Flutterflies" in anticipation of the New Day's Day celebration.
