Good Mythical Morning is a YouTube series created and hosted by Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal that first aired in 2012. Each episode is followed by a more casual after-show titled Good Mythical MORE.

- Cookie Monster made a guest appearance on the second episode of season 22, "Will It Float?" (aired on September 13, 2022) (YouTube) Cookie is introduced to Mecha Cookie of Mecha Builders, and the two share some words of wisdom (paraphrased from the song "What is Friend?").

- Rhett and Link, with guest PewDiePie, watch a clip of the Muppet viral video "Popcorn" in the 2013 video "Swedish Stereotypes ft. PewDiePie." Discussing the Swedes' reaction to the Swedish Chef, PewDiePie, a Swedish YouTuber, states that the Chef is an accurate representation of real Swedish chefs. He also says that he's terrified of Muppets.
- In the 2016 episode "Crazy Cookie Roulette Challenge" (season 10, episode 81), the game show portion includes a question about Cookie Monster's signature song. Rhett gets the answer correct and Link sings a verse of "C is for Cookie."
- The 2019 episode "Worst Halloween Candy Taste Test (Day 3)" (season 14, episode 55) opens with Rhett and Link both wearing Ernie costumes. Rhett claims, "They were out of Berts."
- In the 2020 episode "Putting Weird Things In An Ice Shaver (Test)," Rhett and Link attempt to put Tickle Me Elmo and Feed Me Cookie Monster toys through an ice shaver.
- In a 2022 episode of Good Mythical MORE, titled "Which Fictional Bird Would You Eat?," Rhett and Link play "Pluck, Marry, Grill" with famous fictional birds. When presented with the options of Camilla the Chicken, Foghorn Leghorn, and Woodstock, they decide to "grill" Camilla. Later in the episode, they decide to "pluck" Big Bird.
- In the 2023 episode "What Was This Pasta Tossed In? (April Fools Prank)," a crew member, while tossing pasta in a ham, says, "My best friend, Miss Piggy, she wouldn't like this."
- In the Good Mythical MORE episode "Guess The Morphed Character (Game)" from 2023, Rhett and Link see a Photoshopped image of Bert and Miss Piggy combined. They correctly guess who the characters are, and a conversation about the Muppets, Sesame Street, Muppet Babies, and The Muppet Show ensues.
- In the 2023 episode "1,000 Years of Swear Words" (exclusive to the Mythical Society, a premium subscription service), when Link sounds out the word "fuck," he says it's like Sesame Street. Rhett sarcastically responds, "Let's go on Sesame Street and teach the kids."
- Rhett uses what Link deems a "Muppet voice" throughout the 2023 episode "How Cheap Was Fast Food In The 70's?"
- In the 2023 Good Mythical MORE episode "Which Best Friend Duo Are We Most Like?", Rhett and Link compare themselves to famous duos such as Bert and Ernie, and Kermit and Miss Piggy. The thumbnail for the video features Rhett and Link striking a similar pose to Bert and Ernie.
- Rhett and Link refer to Cookie Monster's appearance on Good Mythical Morning in the 2023 episode "Whole Foods vs Erewhon Taste Test," comparing the fake cookies that Cookie Monster brought to how Erewhon's chocolate chip cookies look like.
- In the 2023 episode "Is This Food Real Or Fake?", Rhett and Link try to spot the image of fake food out of four close-up images. In one round, featuring images of cheese balls, Link jokingly guesses the fake image is "Fozzie the Bear's balls."
