Grandpa Grouch is Oscar's grandfather on Sesame Street.
In his initial appearances, he was a recycled from an older Oscar puppet (which had moving eyes in addition to his eyebrows), but in Season 18, he was made from a background Grouch. Whether Grandpa Grouch is Oscar's paternal or maternal grandfather or wed to Granny Grouch is unclear.
