Grandpa Highland McTutter is Tutter's Scottish grandfather. He appeared in the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "The Tutter Family Reunion", along with other relatives. It is unknown if he's Tutter's maternal or paternal grandfather; Grandma Flutter is his maternal grandmother.
